Farnworth used to be a nice place to live in the 60/70’s. Good Community feel, nice neighbours, with a sense of belonging. Not any more.
It has become a dumping ground for the dregs of society that no-one else wants or cares about.
Orange single Mums, pushing several kids about, the whole Family in Pyjamas, Kids hunting in packs, baying for their next victim as they vandalise homes, gardens and cars.
The Police are pulled out and stretched to the limit, and most Crimes are unreported or unsolved.
The whole place needs a big regeneration project done on it, and the residents need to feel protected and safer – but alas it looks like its going from bad to worse, not getting better.
I despair for my Grandchildren!!
