Feel free to play “Spot the ****” any evening congregating by the shops at Swan Island – no prizes, it’s too easy – there’s LOADS of them.
They’re BORED, of course – so the best they can manage to do is hang around making the place look even more untidy, and anyone parking there to have justified reason to worry about whether the car will still be intact, IF it’s still there when they get back.
There’s a further sub-culture up a Sankeys Corner – ******* around outside the chip-shop is popular.
The particularly nasty ones hang out at one of the Parks, terrorising little kids, and anyone walking their dog who isn’t bigger than them.
Nothing new here, then.
